        Demo template import.
        Hi,

        So I have successfully installed the theme. However whenever I went to import the demo template I got an error message.

        WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M memory limit should be at least 64MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information

        I have been in contact with my host. We increased the memory to 128m then I cleared my browser history and I am still receiving the same error message.

        I love the theme and really want to get this working.

        If you guys can import the demo template i'll be good to go and out of your hair.

    Revolution Slide Error
    I did a quick install of the demo pages, because it wasn't working when trying the full install (I'm on hostgator, which is probably the culprit). When I view the pages, I often see a message at the top of the page saying "Revolution slide error: slider with alias x not found." It displays various slider alias names on different pages.

    Is this related to the partial installation of the demo pages?

      This is because the pages you imported from our demo are using some Revolution Sliders which were not imported properly.

      You can manually import the Revolution Sliders or you can simply disable it from the page.

    I just purchased your Highend theme which includes free installation, though I can't see where to activate or request that installation. I purchased it via Bluehost and see it in my list of purchases, but when I click install I only have a choice of paying another $49 for the install or another higher amount for install and set-up.

    I was able to get the HighEnd theme installed but now I'm having trouble activating the WooCommerce plugin. If I activate the WooCommerce plugin while the HighEnd theme is activated - WP logs me out of my account and says I do not have access.

    If I activate the Twenty Fourteen theme I am able to activate the WooCommerce plugin but as soon as I activate the HighEnd theme I get the same issue.

    horrible service no reply?!
    hi i bought and downloaded this theme due to the great reviews. however they seem to offer no support to get me going. First the item would not download and i get a 404 error. i was replied with just try again later. no i can download the theme i bought but it is not in a zip format therefore i can not upload straight into wordpress - what gives? i am trying to learn how to upload via FTP and having trouble but no response from these guys or mojo marketplace? very frustrating think i just lost 50 bucks.

    I have paid already to make my highend theme look like the demo and the installation and set up. In my dashboard in the Appearance > highend theme options > Demo importer , I thought automatically this was already done for me or do i still have to import it?     Hi. I think I bit more than I can chew! I am a newbie and I saw and liked your theme. I paid to have it look the demo, and now realize that I should have chosen the simpler install.     Problems With the Display of My High End Theme on Wordpress.org
    I recently bought, installed, and activated the MOJO High End theme for my Wordpress.org blog. Problem is, I have been utterly unable to figure out how to get the main page of the blog to preview the first photo in each post, as it did before the loading of the new theme. So now my main blog page is all text, with no attractive and inviting visual component, as it had up until I loaded the new theme. And this I must rectify.

      It looks like you have an old version of Visual Composer.

      You need to update your Visual Composer plugin.
      Please delete the current version and then install the latest version from Appearance > Install Plugins.

      If you cannot access your dashboard, you can delete the plugin folder using FTP or File Manager.

      After that you should be able to login to your Dashboard and access Appearance > Install Plugins (with Highend theme activated).

    Revolution Slider
    The entire site goes down after I install the Revolution Slider Plugin. Is there a way that I could install this manually from the files provided?     Can't find my purchase

    1. Testimonials und Clients: Wir wünschen uns die Option, das Linkziel für die dort eingegebenen URLs angeben zu können. Momentan öffnen sich externe Links im selben Fenster.

    2. Wir wünschen uns ein Element, mit dem es möglich ist, ein editierbares Textfeld bei Mouseover über einem Bild darzustellen, so dass es ähnlich aussieht wie in den Galleries/Portfolios.

    3. Wir wünschen uns für das Inhaltselement "Fullwidth Map" die Option, die Karte als "Earth"-Ansicht darzustellen.

    Since all the products are from affiliates, I want the users to be redirected to the affiliate shops to buy the products, which is here only possible via the product description page.

    Is it possible, instead of the "read more" button on the product image on the shop page, to have a "to shop" button with the redirect link integrated so that the users skip the product description page and land directly on the affiliate shop page?

      Highend is completely RTL ready. All you need to do is set your WordPress installation to an RTL language in Settings > General > Site Language.

      Then you have to proceed with translating the PO MO files or use the WPML plugin to translate the content.

    Demo Upload
    I have purchased and uploaded the Highend theme. All has gone smoothly. I am now trying to install the Highend Main Demo template. I have tried the one click option on the admin page with no luck. I am assuming that because my Execution and Input Time limits are too low this is the reason that I can not successfully install via one click. I have contacted my web hosting company and they informed me they can not raise the limits since I am on a shared server.

    Since this is the case I have downloaded and tried to install the demo files by following your instructions. The files start to load and I received a "failed to load" message.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Disabled parallax on slider to no avail
    Hi there,

    On the home page, under the "Featured Section Type" I've selected "Revolution Slider." Beneath that I've selected the slider I need to use. Beneath that I have "Parallax" set to "Disable." But for some reason I'm still seeing the parallax effect on the slider. I've also disabled parallax in the Revolution Slider settings for that slider.

      These are not images, so it's not so simple to replace them.

    Im trying to get a my button 2 to link inside my content of my theme.. I go to select URL and no matter what I put in there it doesn’t like it keeps coming up with URL: undefined.. and the link to existing contact doesn’t like it either nothing happens when you click on the button it stays on the same page..     Issue with Widgets/Footer
    Hello - this is hopefully an easy fix. Highend theme was installed, everything was beautiful. Somehow the footer area that contains the contact information has been disabled and does not display. Seems like this info was added through a widget, but when I go to the widgets area, there is no way to modify the widgets. Please advise. Thanks!

    Demo Import Issue
    I want to do the one click demo to import one of the templates but I have this error message below. I went and had Bluehost update the max. input time to over 300 seconds but I keep getting this message. They verified it is setup but the theme does not recognize the updated seconds. Can I import still import the demo automatically or do I have to do it the manual way? Thanks

    Theme Appearance
    Hello,

    I think the appearance of some of the pages on my website have changed. My site is at www.staugustineloveslions.com

    The first three pages on my menu are completely grey from top down and side to side as they should be. The last four pages have black space at the top and sides. Are they supposed to look like that? It seems the pages should all be the same. I've tried everything I can think of to fix this.

    Do I need to have my theme reinstalled? I had MojoMarketPlace install it in the first place and I don't know how to reinstall.

    Sticky Header logo not sizing
    I just bought this theme, so I'm still figuring everything out, but I can't seem to get my logo to resize with the sticky header. It remains full size. My logo is 120px in height - any smaller and you would not be able to read some text in it. With the sticky header, it's also 120px in height. I do not see any place to upload another logo for the sticky header. I assumed it would auto-resize as in your demo. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

        I figured out the color issue, though the link hover color by default is the same as my background color, so had to use CSS to fix. There are no color settings for hovers in theme options.

        Never figured out the sticky header logo sizing issue, so I just changed my header type. Not a fix at all, but at least I can get the site done.

        I cannot figure out to use your navigation animation effects though. Really not any documentation on that. Tried typing in an effect (which I can only find from your demo settings panel), but nothing is even found when you type into the field in the theme options. Hope someone can at least help with that.

      Highend theme natively supports "One Page" design, which means you can have all your pages on one page. The thing is that you would have to use Visual Composer elements to create all those sections and "Blog Standard" and "Shop Left Sidebar" are page templates, meaning that you cannot use them.

      But, you can use any element from "Elements" pages, or "Home" pages.

    having some issues
    hi

    we have bought and installed highend theme , things are going well with the exception of a few small minor details im hoping you can help me with,

    1) below my logo is a header section that has a title (ie; product page,home page etc.) while ive changed the background of our sites sections to all black one by one with the color options all sections have done this with the exception of this area it stays white regardless of what I do ....am I missing something or doing something wrong?

    2) I like how thwe website is laid out by our theme but it seems some borders are missing that don't conncet to other borders making the menus and whole site seem choppy?

    3) it would seem I am not able to change the css code stye from 755 to 777 ?

    Getting access to the forum to raise a ticket
    Hello, I just purchased the High End theme and want to know how to get the free installation that is advertised "purchase today and get free installation".

    The reason being i have registered but have not been issued a password to actually log into the site to raise the ticket. It keeps saying my email and username have been registered, but when prompted to send the password to my email account it never arrives in either my emails or junk folder.     I have posted numerous messages on your support forum on what is going on with my website and I have gotten no reply and it has been TWO DAYS NOW.
    I asked for Main demo data to be installed in my website.
    I am very upset for lack of response and lack of progress. I see errors in my server log file.
    I am not able to do build my website since you have reset my database, deleted all my posts and pages, deleted my many sliders, deleted my images, menus are not configured.
    And I GET NO RESPONSE.
    What kind of customer service is this??????

    I just purchased your theme that I find very creative and original.

    When I choosed the first Demo and click the Import button to start the import process. I have this message on top of the page:

    And at the end of the process, here is what appears:

    I purchased your Highend theme and tried to upload it to Wordpress but there is NO Zip file in my downloaded folder. In fact, the folder was never compressed in the first place.     I saw how you are always directing people to the forum. So I registered an account but never received a password.     I want a refund for this theme too. Purchased it this morning and intstalled it. However, I am not able to import demon theme. i called my host service and they increase memory to 128MB and PHP time to 1000. However, it still doesnt work. it just keep telling me that " Please be patient while Highend Main Demo demo is being imported. This may take a few minutes. " I have tried 4 or 5 times and wait at least 30 minutes !!!

    I tried to register as a user for Highend forum and can not receive my password !!!!! check my junk email and I have been waiting 2 hours now !!!!!

    Hi, I am currently hosting my Highend theme through my ipage server. I have had my theme installed and set up to look like the demo, but whenever I click customize, I get an internet server error message. I had my ipage server upgrade my maximum output speed from 120 to the recommended 400 and my PHP memory from 40M to the recommended 64MB. The message about maximum output went away, but I still get a message about PHP memory. Currently my PHP memory is 128MB. Also my current PHP version is 5.5, is this ok? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi, I have the highend "presentation" theme that was installed for me and set up to look like the demo. I am currently using ipage as my server. On the highend dashboard I am having trouble using the customization option. When I do, I get an "Internet server error, the server encountered an error or a misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request" message. I also had a maximum output and PHP memory error message, so I contacted Ipage and changed my maximum output from the 120 to the recommended 400 seconds, and changed my PHP memory from 40M to the recommended 64MB. Currently my PHP memory is 128MB. The maximum output message disappeared after I fixed the problem with Ipage, but the PHP memory error message still says I am at 40MB when I am at 128MB. I am currently using PHP verison 5.5. If there is any changes I can make to help me use this theme it would be greatly appreciated. I am currently using a brand new Toshiba satellite laptop, so any performance issues on my end should be out of the question. Thank you.

    Can someone please help me. I have posted to this forum several times and it is not working. I have had my theme installed, and made it to look like the demo, but each time I try to click customize I get an internet server error message. I have increased my PHP memory from 40 to the recommended 64, and am now at a total of 128MB. I have changed my maximum output time from 120 seconds to 400 seconds. I still see an error message that I only have 40 PHP memory, even though I can see it as 128MB under my ipage edit PHP memory file. Please help me, HB has not answered my questions with any real awnsers, I paid for this theme and I want the support I was supposed to receive.

    Demo Conent
    Hi, I recently purchased the highend theme and the make it look like the demo, specifically, the "presentation" demo, but after setting up the website, I have come to the realization that the "Main Demo" demo would be the one that I would need for my business. I have tried to import that one, and even know I have changed my PHP memory, it still will not let me. I have tried to manually import it but with no success. Since I have purchased the make it look like the demo is there any chance you guys could switch my site from the "presentation" demo to the "main demo" for the highend theme? Or would I have to repurchase it, because it was quite expensive. If you could do this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Another thing I realized with the "presentation" demo is, once I changed something on the menu, I could not go back to the original menu, and now that I have figured all of this out I have realized that it is not what I needed. Thank you for the help.

    Visual Composer Plugin Issue not Validating
    The plugin from WPBakery, Visual Composer Pagebuilder for WordPress is not able to update. It is saying:

    "An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer."

    Why is the plugin not activated with my liscense? When I tried to update the settings with my Mojomarketplace credentials, it is saying that I need Envato credentials, which I dont have. Please help.

      Visual Composer in Highend theme does not come with a license, so you cannot 'activate' it. It has an "extended" license instead that allows us to update the plugin when we update the theme.

      Simply ignore the update messages.
      The new version of Visual Composer will be available when we release Highend 3.1.3.

    Rather than create all new pages… I decided to edit some of the samples.
    But when I got to edit some of the elements on the sample home page there is a message that says:
    “You are using outdated element, it is deprecated since version 1”
    How can I solve this issue.

    1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
    2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

    I did step one but I don't know how to do step 2.
    Where do I find the double jquery.js to remove it?

    Very confused.

      Your browser probably unpacked the zip file when you clicked on it.
      When the download finishes, you should not open it through your browser, but look for it in your Downloads folder.

      Basic SEO support is included.
      You should use third party plugin for better SEO.

    I've been notified that a new version of Visual Composer is available, but to get updates I need to purchase a license.     Latest Version?
    I have been having some serious problems the last few weeks with hackers, so my host advised downloading the theme files again for a fresh start. I just went back to My Purchases in the Mojo Marketplace and downloaded the theme files for Highend, yet it is telling me that now after reinstalling the files I am running v2.4.1460595693 not 3.2.2. I am concerned this will make me vulnerable to further attacks.

    Am I missing something?

      3. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install the VC once again.

    I need to re-install the theme along with the bundled plugins - Visual Composer.
    Our site had to be reset and moved to a new server and my Visual Composer is not working. I figured if I could reinstall the plugin, maybe it would fix the issued. But the Visual Composer was never purchased by me, it was bundled into the theme as described above.

    However, if I re-download the theme, the theme does not contain the visual composer plugin in it. How do I get my hands on the Visual Composer plugin files so I can reinstall it?

      Ignore the above issue. I realized I just had to delete the Visual Composer plugin from the standard Wordpress plugins list and then it would appear in the Theme Plugins list as a required plugin that is not installed. It wasn't intuitive but I got it working now and the reinstall of the visual composer fixed the issue. :)

      We have lots of customers using it for their RTL websites.

      You can find rtl.css styles in HighendWP folder.

      You probably just need to install your WordPress in RTL language in order to use RTL styles from Highend theme.

    Upgrading from 2.2.0.1 to 3.2.3
    Hi folks,

    We've recently taken over a site using this theme, the license is current, but it's on 2.2.0.1.

    It's not been a problem until a couple of weeks ago when the editor started to hang; guessing it's due to an incompatibility between the newest version of wordpress and the Grid plugin that's out of date, but included in Highend 2.2.0.1

    The version of the theme that's currently installed is 2.2.0.1

    Is it possible to upgrade the theme from 2.2.0.1 to the current theme (3.2.3, I think)? Are there intermediate upgrades we should do along the way?

    i bought your theme yesterday. I notice when i activate the them i get this message at the top. "Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer." when i click the activate link it asks me for a valid license or buy one. I thought this was free as part of the theme features. Can you explain or help me with the license key or should i just ignore this message ? would it still work if i do that ?

      In case you only want to transfer from one domain to another, you do not need a new license. If you want the theme on a new domain and keep you old one, you need to obtain a new license of the theme.

    I read that I just go to My Purchases and download the theme files and upload into my wordpress for the newest version of the theme. I purchased this Theme in Sept 2015 are my Theme files automatically updated in my Purchases?

      Yes, the theme files that are in your Purchases page are up to date.
      If you download the theme, it should be at least 3.2.4 if 3.2.5 is not released by the MOJO team.

    Getting 404 error when accessing demo pages
    I have installed the demo files and they appear as visual composer pages in the dashboard but as soon as I view page or access from the menu I get.

    404: Page not found
    This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.

    Troubleshooting suggestions:

    Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.

    Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!

    Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.
    I am not sure how to fix this. Please advise. THanks.

      You probably just need to 'reset' your permalinks.
      Go to Settings > Permalinks in your Dashboard and choose "Plain".

      Save Changes and give it a try.

    Google Maps Not appearing

    My Google Maps does not work. I have set up the API and placed the API Key into the High End map settings but it still gives me errors. "Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.". I then check the console and it says the below:
