Thanks to the Instagram feed plugin you will be able to show the last 12 photos of any public Instagram account without having to use the username/password or having to generate authentication tokens for it.

Feeds can be generated from users with non-private accounts or also based on a hashtag. If, for example, you want to show the last photos that contain #football you can do it.
Configure the feed to your liking. You can choose in how many columns the feed will be displayed or if you prefer that they maintain the aspect ratio or that they are all square.
You can add as many different feeds as you want. There are three ways to add feeds:
- Using the widget in any area where your theme allows you to use widgets.
- If you have the Visual Composer plugin you will have an Instagram module ready to be used.
- Introducing the shortcode directly as HTML (advanced).
Shortcode example: [instagram_feed search="@justinbieber" number_of_photos="12" number_of_columns="three" photo_size="large" likes_comments="yes" link_to_instagram="yes"]
The integration with the original feed is such that you can even show the number of likes and comments available to the photos as the official Instagram page does.
The plugin has the native functionality of deferred loading in images saving loading times and resources as long as the browser supports this functionality.
The plugin is already translated into English and Spanish but if you want to translate it into more languages it is very easy since all the text strings are localized so they are compatible with the WordPress translation system.
